Why I Rebranded to Rooted.with.Amber
If you have followed my journey as a Realtor here in the Shenandoah Valley, you may have noticed something new. My social media has shifted from HomesofTomorrow20 to Rooted with Amber. This was not a sudden change. It came from a lot of reflection about who I am, how I serve my buyers and sellers, and what truly represents the lifestyle I love in Virginia’s Shenandoah Valley.
I want to share the story behind the change and what it means for you if you are buying, selling, or simply planting deeper roots in this area.
Where “HomesofTomorrow20” Started
When I first became a Realtor, I chose the name HomesofTomorrow20 because I wanted something catchy and forward thinking. The word homes felt fitting, and the “20” represented the year I began my real estate career, 2020.
Over time, though, I realized most people did not know that story. The number felt random to new clients, and the name did not fully reflect the direction my business and my life had grown toward here in the Shenandoah Valley.
As I continued helping clients across Rockingham County, Page County, and surrounding areas, I started to feel like my brand needed to evolve along with me.
Choosing Something More Authentic
Over the past few months, I kept asking myself one question:
Does my brand truly represent how I help people find their place in this community?
After conversations with my broker and some honest self reflection, I realized I wanted a name that felt more grounded. Something that reflected both real estate and the lifestyle that draws so many people to live in the Shenandoah Valley.
That is where Rooted.with.Amber was born.
What “Rooted” Means to Me
The word rooted carries a lot of meaning.
To me, it represents finding a home where you feel connected, supported, and inspired. It reflects the idea that real estate is not just about buying or selling a house. It is about creating a life somewhere you truly love.
Living and working as a Realtor in the Shenandoah Valley has deepened my appreciation for nature, hiking, mountain views, and the slower pace that makes this region so special. Rooted with Amber ties directly back to the HomeGrown Real Estate philosophy of helping people plant roots so they can grow their future.
It feels authentic to who I am and to the clients I love serving.
How This Change Helps My Buyers and Sellers
This rebrand is not just about a new name. It is about clarity and connection.
Rooted with Amber helps people immediately understand my approach to real estate. My goal has always been to guide clients toward homes and communities where they feel grounded, whether they are first time buyers, moving within the Shenandoah Valley, or preparing to sell and start a new chapter.
With this new direction, you can expect:
-
More local lifestyle content highlighting what makes Shenandoah Valley living unique
-
Educational insights about buying and selling homes in Virginia
-
A focus on helping you make confident, informed real estate decisions
The heart behind my business has not changed. If anything, it has become more aligned with who I am today.
Growing Forward Together
Changing a brand name can feel vulnerable, especially when you have built your business from the ground up. But growth often means refining and leaning into what feels true.
Rooted with Amber is not about starting over. It is about stepping fully into the Realtor and person I have become while continuing to serve buyers and sellers throughout the Shenandoah Valley.
If you have been part of my journey, thank you for growing with me. And if you are new here, welcome. My goal is simple: to help you find a place where you can truly feel rooted.
Thank you for being apart of my journey, whether you have been here since day 1, or just tuning in now. I appreciate the support, and wouldn't be here with you.
